Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
If you join the waiting list: your email address, your role, your company (if you give it), the features you tick under “Interested in” (if any), the source tag of the link you came from (if there was one), the text and version of the consent you gave and the time you joined or last updated your entry. We do not store your IP address or browser details with it.
The public demo sends only the building values you choose (spans, frames and roof shape) to our server to compute the model. Nothing about you is stored and no account is needed.
When you visit the site, the server keeps standard technical logs (for example the page requested and the time). If you arrive through a link with a source tag, such as one printed on a business card, we count that tag. We do not use cookies, analytics services or third-party trackers. To show the total number of page views, we count visits anonymously: each visit is turned into a code made from the connection address and browser type together with a random key that changes every day and is never stored, so the code can't be traced back to you or linked across days. Only the total number is saved. We keep no IP addresses for this.
Why we use it
We use your waiting-list details only to contact you about access to Qframe. The features you tick under “Interested in” help us decide what to build next. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to remove your entry.
Where it is stored and who processes it
The waiting list is stored on the server that runs this website and the Qframe app (Microsoft Azure App Service), in a data centre in the European Union (Poland Central, EU). When someone joins, Qframe is notified by email through Azure Communication Services Email. Microsoft acts as our processor for both.
How long we keep it
We keep your entry until you ask us to remove it. We review the list every 12 months and remove entries that are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by writing to contact@qframebuild.com.
You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv).
